You may return your new or unused product with thirty (30) calendar days of date of purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by a copy of a Charleston Critters™ packing slip or invoice.

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.  If the pin was a gift, an exchange will be made for a pin of equal value.

Rules and restrictions for returns:

1.  Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer via the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

2. All returns must be accompanied by a Charleston Critters™ packing slip or invoice.

3.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4.  We do not accept COD's or third-party billing for returned merchandise.  All COD packages will be refused.

Orders may not be cancelled if the order has shipped.  If the order has not been shipped, contact our customer service to request an order cancellation.  To better assist our customers, we may inquire as to the reason for cancellation.

Items may occasionally be out of stock. If we are unable to fill your order, you will be contacted to determine if you wish to keep the order until inventory is received, or cancel it.
